Faulty Product Returns Process
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team. Provide your order number, name, address, product details, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
Examination and Replacement Status
Once we receive the faulty product, we will inspect it and inform you of the replacement status or refund via email as soon as possible.
